What’s your favorite or most rewarding part of working for Nestlé Purina?
My favorite part of working for Nestlé Purina is traveling to cities/countries that I may never have visited outside of work.
Walk us through your typical day at the office.
A typical day at the office would include responding to emails, formulation work, attending brand meetings, reviewing products and planning travel. When I am not in the office, I am usually at one of the manufacturing plants. This work is much different from office work. I assist with running plant trials for new and existing products.

What has surprised me the most is the support that I have received in trying to reach my goals. If you have the desire to move around within the company and grow, there is opportunity to do so.
What is the most exciting project you have been involved in at Nestlé Purina?
The most exciting project I have been involved in at Nestlé Purina was the launch of Fancy Feast Appetizers. This project allowed for me to travel to Bangkok, Thailand and launch a product unlike any other at Nestlé Purina.

Tell us about your pets.
Cricket is my 8 year old lab, and she is very sweet. When the weather is nice she loves to play outside, chasing birds, squirrels and chipmunks. During her nap time, she loves to cuddle. Her favorite treat is Frosty Paws!
What is the most exciting thing you are involved in outside of work?
The most exciting thing I am involved with outside of work is the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. A good friend of mine lost her fiancé to this disease. I enjoy seeing the support of the community rallying around this disease to find a cure.
What’s your favorite place in St. Louis to relax and unwind?
My favorite place to relax and unwind in St. Louis is out to dinner, with friends, at Franco.
What is the most listened-to song on your iPod?
Currently the most listened-to song on my iPod is "Empire State of Mind" by Jay Z.
If you weren’t doing your current job, what would you be doing?
If I weren’t doing my current job I would be a personal shopper.
