What's your favorite or most rewarding part of working for Nestlé Purina?
Good ideas are supported by all levels of management. A desire for continuous improvement is promoted across all business functions.
How has Nestlé Purina helped you grow professionally?
Nestlé Purina provides numerous continuous education opportunities, both formal and online training. In addition, I have attended training in Vevey, Switzerland as part of the Rive Reine curriculum. I’ve also benefited by many excellent informal mentors throughout the years.
What are your long-term career goals at Nestlé Purina?
I hope to continue to work with smart, motivated people in a challenging environment.
What is the most exciting project you have been involved in at Nestlé Purina?
Working at Purina during the merger of the Nestlé and Ralston organizations was both incredibly challenging and very exciting time within our company.
What is the most exciting thing you are involved in outside of work?
Raising four children; their involvement in activities seems endless at times…
What’s your favorite place in St. Louis to relax and unwind?
An evening at Busch Stadium, especially if deep into October.
If you weren't doing your current job, what would you be doing?
If it means not working, playing golf sounds good…and maybe even getting better at it.
What’s the most thrilling vacation you ever took?
For a die-hard baseball fan, back in 2003, I went to see the Cardinals play the Red Sox at Fenway Park, followed up by a game against the Yankees at Yankee Stadium.
