Business Management & Customer Service Internships

The Business Management & Customer Service Internship will provide you with beneficial, real-world business experience working in Nestlé Purina's Order Revenue Management Department (ORM). You will actively participate as a key member of your team by assisting in managing individual and group goals with the Sales and product supply teams. In addition, you will be an essential part in helping to maximize the department's contribution on key company financial measures.

  • Full-time juniors or seniors who have at least 1 semester of schooling remaining after the summer internship. Graduate students who have no more than 1-2 semesters of schooling remaining after the summer internship.

• Training and Development
  • Two week training course in which you will learn one of the three major functions (order processing, accounts receivable and dispute management) of the ORM Department
  • Training on reporting in order to assist you in completing projects assigned during your internship
  • Opportunity to work with a functional mentor throughout your internship
  • Great real world experience working directly with ORM associates and customers
• Networking
  • Exposure to a wide variety of functions and levels within and outside of the organization
  • Everyday communication with full-time ORM Associates, Business Analysts and Team Leaders
  • Contact with Buyers and your assigned Customer(s)
  • Communication with Nestlé Purina’s Customer Development Group (Sales), including Account Executives and Supply Chain
