When new customer service associates become a member of the Order Revenue Management /Customer Service team at Nestlé Purina, they are in exclusive company. The business model represented by this group is unique within the Consumer Packaged Goods Industry.
Our four-function business model and Team environment allows customer service associates to truly be "One Face To The Customer." Associates are responsible for managing the entire Order Life Cycle Process. This includes Order Processing, Accounts Receivable, Dispute Management and Vendor Managed Inventory.
Our key objective for the ORM internship program is to develop students into high-caliber candidates for potential full-time employment as an ORM associate (post graduation).
